Scope

These terms govern use of the pawkeepr app and website. By using pawkeepr, you agree to these terms.

Service use

• You are responsible for account security and activity under your account.
• You may not misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
• pawkeepr provides organizational support and is not a veterinary service.

AI features

• AI features are optional and user-controlled.
• AI output may be imperfect and must be reviewed before reliance.

Availability and liability

pawkeepr is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, pawkeepr is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Total aggregate liability is capped at the lower of fees paid in the prior 12 months or AUD 100.

Enforcement and termination

pawkeepr may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, policy breaches, legal risk, or security risk.

Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless pawkeepr, its operator, and related service providers from third-party claims, losses, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your unlawful use, breach of these terms, or infringing or harmful content you submit.

This indemnity does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by pawkeepr's own fraud or wilful misconduct.
