Account deletion

From the app

Sign in, open Settings and choose the account deletion option. Review the confirmation and any scheduled deletion date shown in the app. If cancellation is available before that date, use the in-app cancellation control.

If you cannot access the app

Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Say that you want your pawkeepr account deleted. We may need to verify that you control the account before acting. Do not send your password or a sign-in code.

Before requesting deletion

Use the app’s data export option if you want a copy of available records. Review shared household records and ownership before confirming deletion. Deletion is separate from managing an app-store subscription: review any active subscription in your store account.
