I’m not receiving notifications
Confirm notifications are enabled in the app and in iOS/Android system settings. Also check Focus / Do Not Disturb.
How do I export my data?
In the app, go to Settings → Privacy → Export My Data.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Privacy → Delete Account.
How does AI work?
AI features are optional and can be turned off in Settings. When enabled, they can help summarise documents you choose to share with the app.
